1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fiscal Alpha platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Data Contribution

By submitting data, you affirm that: (i) you are at least 18 years old; (ii) the data is authentic and not fraudulent, synthetic, or malicious; and (iii) you have the full legal right to share such data.

3. Privacy & Redaction

You acknowledge that while we provide client-side tools for redaction, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is removed before submission.

4. Rewards

Rewards are distributed at the sole discretion of the protocol based on data validity checks performed by the TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) infrastructure. Fraudulent submissions will result in a ban.
